Authority is hereby given to Geelong Access Hire PTY Ltd to obtain a credit report on my credit worthiness from any or all of the above listed business references or from a credit reporting agency and if Geelong Access Hire PTY Ltd considers it necessary, a bank opinion may be obtained.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payment terms are settlement within 30 (Thirty) business days of issuance of a tax invoice. Purchase order required.
Overdue accounts will attract a interest at a rate of 1.5% per month.
It is hereby agreed that all trading with Geelong Access Hire PTY Ltd is governed by the Hire Agreement Terms and Conditions as set out.
